Course Description: This workshop taught by M. Tobias Hall offers students an opportunity to develop their alla prima skills by painting from a total of 8 portrait poses over the course of 5 days. Ultimately, this highly intensive workshop is meant to be customizable in the sense that each student will be encouraged to challenge themselves by finding new depth in their own artistic practice. Instructor demonstrations and daily individual feedback will support the student’s engagement with their work.
